Myakan Lake

Myakan Lake is an ancient lake in the Bagan region of Myanmar, located to the west of Turin Mountain. The Myakan was managed by the Pagan people led by King Kyan Sitthar. Myakan's original name is Maha Nirvana Latcha Chire (Mahan Nirvana Latcha Chikan) found in stone inscriptions. Mya Lake is a side dam that has been managed by blocking and damming the mountain.Mya Lake is also called Amara Lake. (Ma-Death) They also open the meaning of no death. In the year 598, King Bagangyukta restored and maintained Myakan. Near Myakan, there is a Pagoda of Tham Ping princess, the daughter of King Kya Swar.
